Shipping

Some items are ready to ship, please allow 3-5 business days to ship, others are made to order. Allow up to 3-4 weeks to send, however, I'm usually able to send before then.

They will be shipped via USPS, with tracking unless they are a sample sale item.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. I am not able to adjust the address once order is placed.

I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages. The $1.05 tracking number fee is included in the shipping costs. I do keep all tracking numbers on file to reference as needed.

Exchanges

I do not accept returns but will gladly exchange under the following conditions:

1. You received the wrong item.

2. You received the wrong size, with a photo sent to me documenting a measuring tape up to the dress to compare with my size charts. It must be greater than 1/4" difference to be considered the wrong size. You are resposible for checking childs measurements against size chart prior to purchase. No exhanges after 2 weeks. Exchanges must be of same size and product orderd, can not be exchanged for item that is different than previous order placed.   to 

3. Item(s) received in damaged or faulty state.

I am not responsible for any shipment cost on size exchanges. If you have a question regarding sizing before you order, please email me.

ALWAYS email me before you send any packages back. If you do not email me prior to shipping your item back, I can not credit you for the return.

Allow 3-4 weeks to ship.

***Care: Garment has been pre-washed and pre-shrunk with seventh generation 4x detergent. Machine wash on delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Press with warm iron if desired.
